1. Class line up at the base of the 'pond'.
2. Jump onto 'lily pads' (hula hoops) to the other end of pond.
3. To increase difficulty, ask kids to count how many lily pads it takes them to cross the pond. See if they can decrease the number of jumps to other side of pond.
Skill Criteria:
- Ankles, knees and hips bend, eyes focused forward, arms swing behind body, both feet leave ground together, both feet land together, ankles knees and hips bend to absorb impact.

- Swing and spring
- Head up eyes forward
- Fairy landings
