DESCRIPTION

Ladders

  • 2 in each
  • 1 in each
  • Icky shuffle
  • Slalom hops
  • Karaoke
  • Lateral 2 in each
  • 2 in 2 out

Ball Work

  • 50 foundation touches –stationary
  • 25 foundation forward
  • 25 foundation backward
  • 25 foundation with roll
  • 25 foundation with roll step over
  • 25 foundation pull cut behind leg

Ball metrics – 5 poles/cones

  • Inside foot pass, inside volley
  • Inside foot touch across body, pass, laces volley
  • Outside foot touch across body, pass, inside half volley
  • Roll touch, pass, 2 touch inside foot volley
  • Alternate feet passes at each pole – 1 touch passes

Cone dribble, wall pass, turn and shot – use different turns (cruiff, inside foot, outside foot, step turn, roll thru)

  • R only
  • L only
  • Roll touch alternate fee
  • Foundation thru cones
  • Inside, outside, inside, outside

Agility/speed – first touch, quick move and shot

  • Lay on stomach
  • Lay on back
  • Tuck jump
  • Lay on back facing opposite direction
