Participant starts in their position (full back). The coach starts with the football and passes it to another participant who runs down the line towards the full back, the full backs job is to close down the player and make an interception and win the ball from the participant attacking, with no contact involved. Once the full back gets the ball they will pass the ball to the coach and the full back with begin to counter attack or run up the pitch and the coach will pass the ball back to the full back.
Progression- Instead of the coach passing the ball, the coach attacks and makes its a two on one situation/Have a player to beat when the full back receives the ball back from the coach
Regression- Full back intercepts the ball and passes the ball to the coach static/Simply just jockey opponent and don't intercept ball
