DESCRIPTION

same as rhe three person ruck, but this time with two people.

THe player with the ball will be the only one running wit the ball for this drill. the person will touch the cone step over the ball after playing it and set up to get the ball again from dummy, this continues for all three cones.

COACHING POINTS

no foward placing, dummy takes at least two step forward then passes onto the runner as this gives them time to run on to the ball, making sure they are talking through the drill.
