Hi Arun,
As a winger you should be working on your speed, agility and endurance to work up and down the court and explode past the defenders when attacking. It is important to learn how to drive inwards off your wing to create a better angle in which to shoot.
In defence, make sure you cover the opposition winger and cut out any passing lines into the box. Use the touchline to your advantage here and show the attacker down the line and prevent them from cutting infield.
