hi i wonder how a handball player split his tranings into days. i have 2 days of traning with my team and the other days i want to improve my speed, endurance, agility and strength. waiting for your advices. (im a pivot by the way.)
Depends on how heavy your team training sessions are!
Are your team training sessions real team session inwhich your body is not too much under stress, then you can train during the other days as well.
I suppose ther is a matchday as well.
day 1 %3A matchday
day 2 %3A light recovery training (jogging, swimming, relaxing, sauna) to get the tiredness out of your body
day 3 %3A team training
day 4 %3A power training legs / arms /body back and front
day 5 %3A team training
day 6 %3A powertraining - endurance - interval training
day 7 %3A light session of jogging and relaxing preparation for the match
sessions should not be too long and active %3A max 90 minutes on 75% of your power

week 1-3 %3A training should last long and should be at 75% of power
week 3-6 %3A training should last long and should be at 100% of power
week 7-9 %3A training should last short and should be at 75% of power
Training is a real science so start easy and try to read as much about it as possible!
Try not to get over-trained. If you always feel tired and sleep badly %3A train not too hard.
