Nearly every form of strength training is good for a pivot player. Start with a foundation of general strength for the trunk, arms, and legs. Once that foundation is laid, you can safely train with explosive power for legs and arms. Ask your gym trainer to design a personal scheme because physical training is a difficult training. Overload and injuries may occur when you train your power if you do not know enough about it.
