hi guys, i tried on make some screwshots but aint very successful. any tips or hint how to make a screwshot ? im left handed. :) thanks in advance.
1. Start training when standing and throwing the ball some 2 meters in front of you in a way that it bounces back to you. Repeat this until the ball really comes back to you. It takes al lot of training hours until you will reach this stage.
2. Now you can go and stand at your own right wing position and just move your wrist until your left thumb points to the floor. In a way you move your wrist some 45 degrees inwards. Throw at the goal and try to throw the ball into the direction of the far goal post.
3. If you are successful in doing this, the you can try it when you do a jump shot. 4. Put your goalkeeper at the first goal post and try to throw around him.
