how can i make goalkeeper exercises
First of all : you don't have to make them at all if you subscribe to Sportplan Coaching Handball. Many goalkeeper excercises are in the database to suit your wish.
When watching the goalkeeper's work you can generate many different kinds of drills.
- stopping goalshots (shots from distance, shots from the wings, shots from the pivot position, 7 metres, break outs)
- stopping goalshots in the top corners of the goal, hip height, knee height, feet height, bouncing balls
- stopping techniques : one - two hands for high balls, Hampelmann, half Hampelmann
- power training for legs, power training for arms, power training for back and belly - reaction training - concentration training
- stopping balls - recovering balls and passing to players in break out : short distance passes, half court passes, long passes
- working together with defense From every item you can derive all kinds of exercises.
You can train goalkeepers : individually, in pairs, in groups and in the team.
You can do it with special programmes or in the group.
