Start with all kinds of 'wrestling' games. Players should try to come free to catch ball. For example 10-ball games with pivot as special player who should be plaed to every second pass.
Then at circle : 1:1 duels with pivot defender. Get close to your defender and use him as a sort of wall to get into the right direction. Defender should be calm at first and then defend more and more actively.
Then try to feint before moving to the ball.
Then with wing - left (right) back court player as passing stations. Always stay close to your defender and come loose in time. When having accepted the ball : dive or jump immediately.
