What type of training would be recommended for most?

What type of training would be recommended for most boys at the age of 15 years?

Hello Aleksandar, I would say that at the age of 15 players who have been playing handball for a few years would be able to do most drills and activities. The key though is not to do too much too quickly. If your players struggle with a drill make sure you spend a lot of time explaining it to them, and only move onto a new drill once they've understood the previous one.

What about technique at first? Make them technically more perfect, like Alex wrote. Look into database for most common techniques, then transfer to different variations of a technique and then try to make training sessions as match-like as you can to get them used to the situation in a match. Still stress on the right performance of technique, as most chances in attacking are spoilt by lack of technique and most fouls are also made by lack of defending techniques.
