How to shoot?

I would like to know how must the arm be when you shoot. Always when I shoot the ball goes out of my hand when i turn my elbow to shoot. Is it a problem of grip?

1. Arm should be stretched almost horizontally at the height of your ear.
2. When shooting it comes forward the height of your ear.
3. Stretch it fully into the direction you want to throw.
4. At the end of the movement your handpalm is down and sidewards up a bit.

Try to :
- shoot via the ground first
- with a bouncer
- use a grip paste if available
- use a technique in which you do not try to grip the ball, but put the ball loosely onto your hand with fingers supporting it from the sides
