How meny 6-0 abwer system are ther?
This is the basic system.
Depending on HOW you want to defend you can vary the tasks and actions of your defenders. For example you can have your wing defenders act very offensively by pressing the wing attackers the moment they want to catch the ball, or even earlier by anticipating. Likewise you can have your second defenders (3+2) anticipating on the left and right back court players, every time the ball is in possession of the wing attackers. This can also be done with only one second defender and/or one wing player. 6:0 defence can be played very defensively when the opponents do not have powerful backcourt players or very offensively if they have powerful back court players, who are not so agile. Changing tasks for your defenders is easy during the match and it brings the opponent into problems if you do so.
