To make a program for a league team you should make a plan in 3 seasons . in a normal team how many sessions a day is needed for each season?1-conditioninng season 2- tecnic and tactic season 3-match season
Professional teams train twice a day.
Most teams however only once a day, in the evening.
Sessions of 90 min to two hours are normal.
When training more times a week ( at least one day should be free to rest) look at WHAT you train.
When training stamina (condition) you cannot do this twice a day. First session of the day can be speed training and in the afternoon long distance running.
When doing power training of the legs, you cannot do any condition runs after that. So take care of a variable training programme.
Focus on defense one training and on shooting in the other one.
When having trained one aspect , leave this item out for at least one day before you train it again.
