How have you scheduled running specific for goalkeepers?Any ideas welcome.

goalkeepers must have a general good aerob condition to stay alert the whole match. For specific running for goalkeepers think of the ways a goalkeeper has to run/do/perform during the match.
What about sprints to get the ball from behind the goal after a missed shot, a sprint to the bench when a goalkeeper is changed for a player (penalty time for a player) and of course the sprint back to the goal.
Shorts sprints from the goal to a rebounding ball to get it before players do.
Sprints into the court to help attackers to a receiving point when no other players run free.
