Open your arms, both pointing in front of you, with one above the other as though they were crocodile’s jaws 2.                   Lightly throw the disc up around chest height 3.                   Catch the disc by firmly bringing your hands together on either side of it, moving your hands if necessary, to create a loud “clap” sound with the disc between your hands 4.                   Keep your eyes on the disc right up to the moment that the disc has been caught

Open your arms, both pointing in front of you, with one above the other as though they were crocodile’s jaws Lightly throw the disc up to knee height Crouch on one knee, turning your body slightly to one side to open up the side of the body to the disc Catch the disc by firmly bringing your hands together on either side of it, moving your hands if necessary, to create a loud “clap” sound with the disc between your hands Keep your eyes on the disc right up to the moment that the disc has been caught

Frisbee Freeze

No discs are required Players jog around in random directions, aiming to avoid each other When the teacher shouts "FREEZE", all players stop immediately The teacher can then shout out instructions from previous drills, such as "Kneeling Clap Catch" or "Backhand Pivot"; players mimic these movements to reinforce the previous lessons
