DESCRIPTION

  1. Open your arms, both pointing in front of you, with one above the other as though they were crocodile’s jaws
  2. Run forwards towards the disc
  3. Get a partner to lightly throw the disc up, around head height
  4. Run through the disc, catching the disc by firmly bringing your hands together on either side of it, moving your hands if necessary, to create a loud “clap” sound with the disc between your hands
