Open your arms, both pointing in front of you, with one above the other as though they were crocodile’s jaws
2. Lightly throw the disc up around chest height
3. Catch the disc by firmly bringing your hands together on either side of it, moving your hands if necessary, to create a loud “clap” sound with the disc between your hands
4. Keep your eyes on the disc right up to the moment that the disc has been caught
