Random blocks

Place as many rebound blocks as you have around the D. Players with a ball each run around play as many pass and receives with any rebound board.

The latest Rebound Blocks has a hole in one of the sides to  fill it with water or sand for stability to add a stick to the rebound block and use it as a static defender to practice 1 v1 one skills.

Set up the rebound blocks so that the rebound gives the player a cahnge to deflect or score from a pass coming from the right.

Angle the rebound blocks so the ball returns high. The player should stand quite far away so they can hit a full shot to receive back a high ball.

Reverse stick drag and pass

Two players pass the ball into the board and receive the ball to run to the other rebound board. both player should reverse stick drag the ball and go past each other to then pass the ball into the rebound  board again. and repeat the exercise.

Place some rebound blocks around the D facing the goal. The Player in the middle has to start by passing the ball into any rebound block and receive the returning ball and shoot at goal if the ball comes back out of the goal the player should repeat the practice with the same ball if the ball stays in the goal they should take the next ball from the penalty spot and repeat the practice of pass and scoring the rebound.

Set the boards up any where inside the 23 m area for the player to hit in the ball and receive the rebound to take the ball into the D and shoot. Make sure the player has lots of balls so each time the player shoots they can get the next ball and keep going.

Put one block in each corner. Player rolls in the ball for the other player to hit into one of the blocks the returning ball is stopped and rolled again for the next hit.
