1 v 1 rebound

2 players lots of rebound boards spread out not all the same distance from the centre. players score apoint by passing the ball into a rebound board and collecting the pass.

Set up the rebound blocks. on the goal for the player to practice flicking the ball into the top right or bottom right corner.

Set up the 2 rebound boards as far apart as required to practice the adding to the pass and run you would like to practice.

1 player per rebound block. Players play the ball into the Rebound block and receive the returning pass. On the whistle the players should swap and continue the exercise on a new block.

Set up the Blocks so the ball comes back for a far post deflection.

Flat hit

Rebound blocks on flat return side. Player shouyld hit the ball hard and receive the ball back and hit again. Carefull that the player is at the appropriate distance away from the Blocks for the relevant pass. i.e. far away when hitting and closer when pushing.

2 players with as many rebound boards attached as you can find. player hit alternate into the board. The first player to miss the boards losses the point.

1 player 1 board each. Reboun board can be turned to rebound the ball back high or low.(in the video the player on the left is receiving rebounds on the ground and the player on the right is receiving high rebounds.

Line stopping

Player on the line with the blocks on the angle side. Player on the line hits the ball and tries to stop the ball coming back towards the goal.

Pass and receive

place the rebound boards around all facing into the middle. player in the middle has to pass and receive the ball into any rebound board move around with the ball and pass it into another or the same rebound board again. Keep the practice going for a 30 seconds or miunute or till the ball misses the rebound board.

Players pass teh ball into the rebound block and try to score the returning ball with a 1 touch shot.

Players line up with a ball each at the top of the circle they pass the ball into the rebound block and receive the returning ball to take it into the D and score a goal.

Players hit the ball into the rebound block for the player on the far post to try and score with a deflection or first time shot.

Players have a block, ball and 1 cone each. Players start between the cone and the rebound block with the ball they pass the ball into the block receive the ball back and take the ball around the cone before repeating the exercise.

The rebound blocks all have 2 different connection sides one will slide into the other and unlimeted rebound blocks can be attached together foprming a very long wall.

Pl;ayers stand very close to the rebound block and have to react to the returning ball to try and score a quick goal.
