Verdediger tracht onderweg bal weg te tikken of bij schot.
Bal zoeken en wisselen taak.

COACHING POINTS

Bal wegtikken bij tippen : wacht tot je de bal op de grond hoort en steek dan jouw hand tussen die van de tegenstander en de bal.
Bal wegtikken bij schot : wacht op het juiste moment en ga voor de bal. Blijf van de tegenstander af !

Out and Back:

Attackers pass the ball around.

The defender must step forward to the every attacker and then back to the centre again.

feint(dummy) and throw:

Pass B2-B1-B2, feint(dummy) and throw at the goal with a jump shot far.

Variations:

  • 3 step rythm (right handers : left,right,left and left handers : right,left,right)
  • 2 step or even in 1 step
    jumping off : left handers : right foot, right handers : left foot
  • jump off with your 'wrong' foot (1,2,3 steps)
