Handball: wing player defends and attacks

Jump off before goal line, between cones.

Players starting on the half-way line dribble down the wings and must use a change of pace and direction (whilst still running down the wings) to beat their man and try to get a shot on goal. If there is no clear shooting opportunity by the time they've reached the baseline players run with the ball to the back of the opposite line.

Each blue player has two balls and are stood in a line outside the free throw line. An attacking player is stood high up the wing, close to the baseline on both sides. When the coach blows their whistle players pass one at a time, starting with the closest player, to the wing player who must then make a shot on goal (so red player 1 will receive their first pass from blue player 1).

Pass 2-3-4 and pass 3-2-1 shot by wing attacker. Change positions after 10 shots. Also change from left to right wing.

B1 and B2 dribble and throw.

B dribble and try to score. W defends. Defender : - passive - half active - fully active

B1 sprints to cone, picks up ball and tries to score. W defends. Defender : - passive - half active - fully active

B sprints to cone and scores.

Pass B3-B2, W1 steps forward to B1. B1 makes body contact with W1, feinst as if to break through the center, but goes the other way. Pass B2-B1 who throws at the goal. Defender : - no defender - passive - half active - fully active

Pass B3-B2. W2 steps forward. B1 feints as if to go to the corner, but breaks through to the center, gets ball from B2 and throws at the goal. Defender : - passive - half active - fully active

Pass B1-B3-B1 who came around B3. Then to the center and pass B2-B1 and throw at the goal. 6-8 balls in 1 series.

R1 throws from the left wing. Run around cone get ball from B1 and throw at the goal. Run around next cone, get ball from B2 and throw at the goal. 1 series : 6 - 9 balls.

Pass B1-R1-B1 : R1 steps forward to 3x on W1. At the third time pass on R1 and throw at the goal. R1 runs around the cone, gets ball from B1 and throws at the goal from the right wing. Defender : - passive - half active - fully active

A bench put on the cross bar of the goal, in a way you can throw in the left hand top corner of the goal from the right wing. Pass B1-R1 who throws at the goal. 8-10 balls

6 - 9 balls all over. Pick up ball and throw at the goal from left or right wing.

Pass B1-B2 who runs forward to W1. Pass B2-B1 who throws at the goal. Defender : - passive - half active - fully active 6-8 balls

Pass B1-R1 who tries to score. W defends. Defender : - passive - half active - fully active

B1 and B2 throw long passes to R1 and R2 who throw at the goal. 8-10 balls

B duels with R. Change sides afterwards.

Pass from wing to wing and B1 duels with R1 and throws at the goal. Everybody goes to next position.
