The ball starts on the wing and the first pass is played into the path of the player 2.
Players runs forward with the ball with the intention of engaging the defender, drawing them away from player 3 in the middle.
Once the defender has been drawn in player two makes the pass for player 3 to run onto and shoot from, using a running center shot.
Variations:
Players can shoot with either a center shot, a hip height shot or a jump shot
If the defender doesn't come to block player 2 they can run past the defender and take the shot on themselves.
After each repetition players move on the next station.
