Pass A to B who crosses with C. Pass C to D who passes to wing A.

Pass A to B who crosses with C. Pass C to D who throws at the goal, passes to pivot E or passes to wing A. Goalshots occur according to the reactions of the defenders

Pass A to C who crosses with D. Then pass from D to B who shoots at the goal. Players change positions: A to B, B to C, C to D, D to A.

Pass A to C who crosses with D. Then pass from D to B who shoots at the goal. PLayers change positions: A to B, B to C, C to D, D to A. D shoots at the goal when defender 2 doesn't step forward. If defender 2 steps forward: pass to pivot F or pass to B. Defenders 1 and 2 block the shot or steps forward.  

Pass from C to E to A who tries to get past defender 1. If his action is successful, he can try to score a goal. Once defended sucessfully by defender 1, he can pass the ball backwards to crossing  player B, who can try to score a goal If defender 2 tries to stop B, B can pass to left back court player E who can try to score a goal. Then the same from the right side.

Players work in groups of three (blue players), passing and moving the ball to try and create space for a pass into the pivot (white player). Meanwhile the defender (red) is doing their best to mark the pivot and prevent the space opening up for a pass to the pivot player for a shot on goal!

Players A start the drill with a feint shot left of the mat, then dribble with one or two bounces to the other side of the mat and pass to players B who are already in motion to the side of the feint shot. They perform the same movement and pass back to the next player A again.

When this pass is being played player 3 should time their run so that as player receive the ball they are running just behind them - ready to catch the quick pass. Player 3 then runs with the ball and sets player 2 up for the shot on goal.

Players line up in two lines on opposite sides of the pitch, in line with the 7 metre line. The first players in both lines set off at the same time as one another. When they cross over in the middle the player with the ball passes, using the hand that is closest to their team mate, to the player who they are running past who then dribbles to the other side and passes to the next player waiting in line.
