DESCRIPTION

Pass from C to E to A who tries to get past defender 1. If his action is successful, he can try to score a goal.

Once defended sucessfully by defender 1, he can pass the ball backwards to crossing player B, who can try to score a goal

If defender 2 tries to stop B, B can pass to left back court player E who can try to score a goal.

Then the same from the right side.

Cross the Border:

Teams play to bring the ball behind the line.

Players are only allowed to pass the ball - absolutely no dribbling or no running with the ball allowed.

Defenders can win the ball back by blocking their opponents or intercepting the ball.

Around and on Goal!:

Blue players must dribble up the pitch and around the cone before then turning sharply.

Once they have turned they must then take on the defender with a feint or a dummy before finally throwing a shot at the goal.

Right to Left - Passing for Space:

The ball starts in the middle with player 1 who plays a one two pass with player 2 to their right.

When this pass is being played player 3 should time their run so that as player receive the ball they are running just behind them - ready to catch the quick pass.

Player 3 then runs with the ball and sets player 2 up for the shot on goal.

No pass to Green:

The first player waiting in the line passes to blue one on the side of the court and moves forward to receive the return pass.

At this point dependin on where the blue player has received the pass the red defenders should communicate and decide which of them is best placed to come out and defend against the oncoming attacker.

The 'spare' defender should position themsleves beside the green player, ready to intercept the pass from the attacking player.
