Handball: Crossing after pass wing to center 5

Players from both lines run forwards at the same time, with the ball carrier crossing over in front of the other player. When the players cross over they should switch the ball between them. At this point the player in possession should try and get around the defender to get a clear shot off on goal.

Once the other player has the ball they should shoot on goal before then collecting their ball and joining the back of the queue.

Players work in groups of four and try to make the three passes as quickly as possible as they cross-over. The starting player runs forward with the ball and passes the ball behind to the next player as their paths cross. As they do so the player three should time their run so that they cross over with player two just as they receive the ball in time to in turn receive the ball. Player four also does the same so that they quickly receive the final cross-over pass from player three.

playing tag / cross Tag man points to a player he wants to tag. When they start running, another player may cross their running course. Now the tag man has to change to this player and must tag him etc.

Blue 2 starts with the ball and dribbles with it from right to left. As they set off on their run blue player 1 times their run so that they cross just behind blue 2. As the players' paths cross, and the defender's view is obscured, blue 2 offloads the ball and player 1 then runs to the outside of the goal area line and shoots.

6 teams of 3 players. Teams G and F start as defenders. Teams A and B start attacking. In every attack there should be a moment of crossing. Attackers can play with pivots 1 and 2 to score a goal. After an attack the defenders go to the centre and teams A and B become defenders.

Pass A to incoming C. Pass back to left moving A, who tries to get past D to score a goal OR passes backwards to crossing B, who first moves a bit to the left and then full speed behind A to get the ball and score a goal.

After catching the ball B2 feints as if to go to the right, but changes to the left to cross with B3. B3 first feinst to start to te left, but quickly sprints to the left to cross with B2, catch the ball and throw at the goal. Players swap positions after throwing.
