Airfield

Players run around the area, changing direction regularly. One player is the flight controller and tags players who must run to the landing area between the cones. Once safely in touching distance of the crash mat players should dive and land on the mat. After 'landing' they then take off again.

Work in pairs. One is lying on the floor, belly down. Number two is lying next to him in push-up position. Jumps over the other one and land in push-up position. Now number two jumps over number one etc. Most times in a certain time. Who will be at the finish line first ?

Crash mat Tag

In this game players run inside the area and attempt to avoid being caught by the taggers. Players are safe from being tagged if they are laying on a mat, on their belly. Players are only allowed to stay on the mat for 3 seconds, then they have to get up and run away again. Tag men are not allowed to wait for the player during these 3 seconds.

Dive shot match

Each group has a bench with cones placed on it, a falling mat and a ball. The objective for players is to try and hit the cones off the bench with a diving shot.

One player lies down in push up position and the other jumps over him. The jumper lies down and the other player dives under the palyer in push up position.

Player one lies in push up position and the other one dives under him. All when moving to the other side of the court.

One player lies down and the other one jumps over him. Change places and move forward to the othe side of the pitch.

One player always lies down in push up position - the other players dives under him. The other player lies down and his team mate jumps over him. All when moving from one side to the other side of the court.

No more than Two

The red player is the tagger and is trying to tag the other players. When the players who trying to avoid being tagged fall down on a mat they cannot be tagged. However, there can be no more than two players to a mat so if there are already two players on a mat and a third player jumps on the player who has been on the mat the longest must get off.

Planes in the air and on the floor

All players pretend they are planes that fly in the air, they run around like planes ; arms sidewards. When :- the trainer blows his whistle all planes land - when your name is called you land - a tag-man (jet fighter) tries to tag (shoot) the other palnes which land if the have been hit

Players are only allowed to stay on the floor for 3 seconds, then they have to get up and run away again. Tag men are not allowed to wait for the player during these 3 seconds.
