Down and Jump:

One player lies down in push up position and the other jumps over him. The jumper lies down and the other player dives under the palyer in push up position.

Lie Down and Jump 2:

One player always lies down in push up position - the other players dives under him.
The other player lies down and his team mate jumps over him.
All when moving from one side to the other side of the court.

One player lies down and the other one jumps over him.

Change places and move forward to the othe side of the pitch.

belly hop-scotch:

Work in pairs.
One is lying on the floor, belly down.
Number two is lying next to him in push-up position.
Jumps over the other one and land in push-up position.
Now number two jumps over number one etc.

Most times in a certain time.
Who will be at the finish line first ?
