Players jump -step on benches.
Start with left foot onto a bench-put right foot next to it - step down backwards one foot after the other - step forward to next bench. Always one foot after the other.
One bench forward is one bench backwards.
It's no powertraining! So do not focuss on the power of the jumps, but the speed.
This is training to get fast feet!

Tag man should try to tag the green player. The green player may cross the circle freely, the red tag man may be hindered.
Player green 1 is trying to tag player red 1. Player green 1 may go through the circle, the tag man is being blocked by the blue players of the circle. Change after 45 seconds running.
Players stand and move in one line. Hands to shoulders or hands on hips of player in front of you. There is one tag man who tries to tag the last player of the queue. Other players move in such a way that it becomes difficult for the tag man. variations : - change the last person of the group every time he gets tagged - change after 1 minute - make the queue shorter
Players form a long queue. Hands on shoulders or hips. The front player moves to tag the last player of the queue. variation : - change tag man after every successful tag - change after 1 minute - make the queue longer or shorter.
Four players form a circle, hands tight. A tag man appoints a person he wants to tag. The circle moves in such a way that the person he wants to tag stays out of reach.
In a circle there is a ball. The trainer appoints a player as the guard of the ball. Other players do not know who this guard is. Another player must try to rob the coconut. The guard (monkey) may only start running when the other player touches the ball. Appoint a new guard every time. Variations : - more balls - more guards - more robbers
All players stand in a big circle except for the tagger. The coach appoints one player as the 'chosen one'. The tagger must not listen or look whilst the coach is selecting the chosen player. Once the player has been selected by the coach the tagger starts hunting for the chosen player. When the tagger positions themselves in front of the chosen player the player must run away - around the outside of the circle of players. From this point the tagger has up to 45 seconds to catch the player.
Somewhere a rope is tied to the wall or something else. The dog should hold this rope and he must 'bite' other players by touching them. The dog should be able to reach all of the field. Make field as large as the dog can reach. Inside the field aere several cones the dog should protect, other players try to rob the cones without being touched. Mind the rope !! Players who have been touched may continue playing. How many players can the dog 'bite' in 45 seconds ?
Rope is tied somewhere. Rope must be as long as the field is large. Dog tries to 'bite' (touch) other players (shoulder, bottom, knee). How many can he 'bite'in 45 sec ?
Players are in a circle. Pairs are opposite eachother and get the same number. When the trainer calls out a number, the pair in question sprint to the ball and try to get it before the other one of the pair does. Variations - just touch the ball and sprint back : Who is back first ? - run backwards back to your position - hop one one leg to the ball and back - make the distance to the ball larger, shorter
