Gymnastics Drill Demonstration

Description

  • Placing the hands on each side of the platform kick the legs high to land on the other side of the platform.
  • Transfer the weight from one hand to the other
  • Repeat the action to return.

    Coaching points

  • Aim to get the hips as high over the hands as possible.
  • Keep the legs straight.
  • Lock the elbows keeping the arms straight.
