Gymnastics Drill Demonstration

Description

  • Place hands on the middle edges of the platform and kick the legs over the platform transfering the weight from one hand to the over.
  • Repeat the movement the other way.

    Coaching points

  • Aim to get the hips as high as possible passing over the top of the hands.
  • Lock elbows and keep arms and legs straight.
  • Reverse the action to return to starting position.
