Gymnastics Drill Demonstration

Description

  • Extend the right foot forward in a kicking action until it is fully extended.
  • Hop backwards with the left foot extending it to the rear.
  • Land on the right foot to exchange weight on to the left to repeat the action.

    Coaching points

  • Use the arms for balance.
  • Encourage high leg action.
  • Attept the same skill using the opposite legs.
