Rebound bowling (from coil)

1 tennis or incredi-ball per player. The targets on the wall should vary in size according to players' ability. Each player has a ball and waits in one of two lines for their turn to bowl. The ball is only allowed to bounce once before hitting the target on the wall. The bowler collects the rebound and joins the back of the line before bowling again.

Each player has a ball. As with normal bowling the ball can only bounce once before hitting the target on the wall. The bowler then collects the rebound, ensuring the rebound does not get past them and then bowls again.

*AUDIO DESCRIPTION ON* Using a medicine ball, have the bowlers stand in a circle facing out. Full squat, pull ball between legs and throw the ball as high as possible using all power from legs.

*AUDIO DESCRIPTION ON* Using a medicine ball, have the bowlers stand in a circle. Pushing from the knees, have the players push the ball as high as they can in the air to their partner.

*AUDIO DESCRIPTION ON* Using a medicine ball, have the bowlers stand in a circle facing side on. Have the bowlers slam the ball, sideways to the next person in the circle.  When several have been done by each bowler, change sides.

Spin Bowling Relay

With teams of 4-8 people the players take it in turn to bowl the ball at the wickets and after 4 feeds the wicket keeper is swapped by someone bowling and the bowling continues. The first team to hit the stumps a certain amount of times wins or points are awarded every time the stumps are hit.

Place down a rectangular mat, about 30 cm wide (you can use the badminton court lines in a sports hall or use tape) The bowler prepares their run up Heel to toe alignment along the mat during the bowling action Bowler spins the ball hard After bowled, get into a position ready to catch

Target Bowling - In team

Split the group into teams. Setup sets of stumps 20 yrds (22 yrds - Depending on age) apart. Have one player in each team as a wicket keeper. The object of the game is to hit the stumps, if you do your team gets one point. The first team to ten hits is the winner.

Wall Bowling

*AUDIO DESCRIPTION ON* Use a target on a wall, could be a line, crease in the wall or create one with tape. Using a weighted ball in the front arm, replicating bowling action, throw the weighted ball at the target. Elbow and knee in nice straight lines going towards your target.
