DESCRIPTION

Split into groups of 3-4. The aim is to 4 step dribble with bounce to first cone then fist pass against the wall and catch the rebound. Turn and free dribble back with bounce and pass to next player.

COACHING POINTS

- Primary Focus is on the pass and catch off the wall. - Secondary is the dribble and bounce.- - ensure max 4 steps taken. No more - One hand holding the ball with striking hand open with fingers firm and extended. - strike through the centre of the ball Works on ABC's
