One red player and one blue player have to stay in the triangle of cones at either end of the pitch. Their teammates must work the ball using handpass or kick pass to their teammate in the triangle. He cannot leave the triangle, he has to catch a pass without it bouncing to get a score for his team.
As soon as a goal is scored, switch keepers. Kicking is permitted. No score if player leaves the triangle. One hop and solo to be removed if there is not enough passing.
