DESCRIPTION

Set up 3 lines, 1 being the middle where the children will start from and the other 2 being boundaries. Having a cone for each of the pairs would be ideal to keep them equally seperated.

COACHING POINTS

Progressions: - Lie on stomach - Lie on back - Sit back to back - Sit front to front - Both have to run to the same colour (person closest to blue/red has to get there before their partner does)
