Teams get one point for scoring in a football goal/bench, and two points for scoring in a bucket/netball net.
The ball is passed to teammates in the air – no bounce passes! If the ball touches the floor, the teams must then use their feet to play – like football.
Players can kick the ball up for a teammate to catch, and if successful, they play with their hands again, like netball. Players can kick the ball into the netball net if they wish. Winning team is the team with most points.
