Athletics Drill Demonstration


Slow jog (10m, 2x) - Pulse raiser and increase the body temperature

High knee (10m, 2x) - To make sure she gets used to the high knee while sprinting.

Butt kick (10m, 2x) - To adjust the leg coordination while striding.

Lunges (10m, 2x) - To stretch her quadriceps and hamstring.

Front kick (10m, 2x) - Help her in stride. Also, stretch her hamstring.

Back kick (10m, 2x) - Stretch her quadriceps.
