What happens if one runner catches up another and the post is stumped?

During a game one runner almost catches up with the one in front, they are both passed 3rd post when 4th post is stumped once! what decision does the umpire call?

Both batters are out!!

Only the first batter would be out unless they stumped the post twice. Assuming that they only stump it once and if the second batter is the one on strike who hit the ball would the score still count?

Mike is correct! The rule says batter is out if the post they are running to is stumped. They were both running to the post so both are out. There is no rule' to say the post must be stumped twice
