Response To Deep Balls

The player starts on the baseline The coach feeds deep balls to the deuce side The player alternates responding to these balls with half-volley and movement back and hitting regular shot from deep zone

Coach delivers easy second serve. Player attacks with forehand to the backhand corner. Coach hits the ball short and player finishes to the other side.

Player stands on the ad side. Coach serves to the T while standing on the service line. Player returns down the line using forehand.

Coach feeds balls in three different directions (forehand, centre, backhand). Player moves to the balls and hits all of them into side zones.

Player serves from the deuce side. Coach feeds short ball to the deuce side. Player moves forward, sets up close stance and hits offensive forehand.

Player serves wide from the ad side. Coach feeds 2 balls to the ad side. Player executes pattern using forehand inside in and forehand inside out.

The player serves from the Deuce side, aiming for the body of the imaginary opponent. The coach then feeds the ball to the player's backhand side. The player then has to hit an aggressive forehand inside out by running around to get into position to hit the shot.

Coach stands next to the player. Coach drops balls at regular height. Player executes backhand at the fastest speed possible.

Coach stands in front of the player. Coach tosses the balls in front of the player, with every ball shorter. Player hits a forehand from close stance and moves through the shot to be closer to the net after every shot. Player continues until he reaches the service line.

Win The Point After Drop Shot

Player starts on the baseline. Coach stands close to the net on the other side. Coach feeds drop shot to the backhand side. Player sprints to the ball and hits short ball back to the coach with backhand slice. Coach hits this ball to the forehand. Player finishes with forehand volley down the line.

Work On Your Balance

Coach stands on the player's side Coach drops 2 balls from each position (in front of the player, on the side, behind the player). Player runs 2 times to each position and executes regular forehand with aim to keep balanced body
