Set up as shown with gates evenly spread out. 2 players with 1 ball.
The drill starts with 1 player rolling the ball across their body and then passing through the gate to their partner.
They continue rolling and passing from one end to the other.
Players will have to change which foot they roll with and which they pass with depending on which direction they are going.
Ensure good weight of roll is applied on the ball so that it does not run away from the player.
Look for good sidewayds movement between the two players so that they meet with the ball instead of being ahead of it.
Demand good firm accurate passes through the gates.
You can modify the size between the gates to challenge the players finding it easy and to give more success to those finding it hard.
