5 players line up one behind the other. Feeder feeds the ball with an under arm throw from 6 metres away.
The first two players run towards the feeder. Player A ducks as the feeder releases the ball and peels off for player B to catch and release the ball back to the feeder. Player B also peels off to the back of the queue. The drill is continuous.
A ducks, B catches, C ducks, D catches, E ducks, A catches, B ducks etc.
The second runner must follow close behind the first runner.
Catcher must keep their eyes on the ball.
