Player in a circle with 1 or 2 balls (2 in the video) They have to throw the ball to each other and when they make a mistake they have a go down on one knee first then 2 and with the 3rd mistake they are out.

Players must throw the ball so the player has a good opportunity to catching the ball, not to low, hard or high.
