Blue players 3 and 6 position themselves between two defenders to make it difficult for them to be picked up.
The ball starts with blue player 1 who passes the ball outside the circle until it reaches player 4.
Once blue player 4 has the ball attacking player number 6 should move to set up a front screen, blocking white player 3's movement.
This then paves the way for blue player 3 to run into the gap and receive the pass from player 4 to have a shot on goal.
Once you have gone through this drill a few times going from left to right you can reverse the direction of this activity.
To begin with defenders should remain fairly inactive, however as your attackers grow in confidence with this play you should gradually increase their role.
