Blue 1 and 2 pass to pivots 3-4-5 who throw the ball at the goal with a diveshot.- bounce pass- catch with 1 hand and throw1 series is each pivot 8 balls.

Shooting back court players

Score on the mat!:

Playing across a half-court each team has to try and score on the opposition's mat.

Instead of scoring in a goal players must place the ball on the opposition's mat - if the ball rolls off then the point is void!

Players are free to move anywhere within the half-court area and normal rules apply apart for scoring a goal.

Blue 1-2 and 3 pass to pivot red 1.Defenders white 1 and 2 just let it happen and make gaps not to narrow.Defenders can act a bit more match like or fully active.1 series = 8 balls

Shooting back court players

Shadow defence:

Blue players 1, 2 and 3 stand in a line with a supply of ball to try and feed to blue player 4.

The defending player (Red 1) must stay in front of the receiving player and mirror their movement across the court, preventing as many balls as possible from reaching blue player 4.

The receiving player must change pace and direction in order to lose their marker but they are not allowed to step in front of the defender.
