Attackers play give-and-go. Defenders 2 should stay in their hoops. Attacker 1 throws at the goal.

Two set wing players. Attackers 2 and 3 try to score a goal when passing to 1 or 4. Defenders 1,2 and 3 try to prevent passing to 1 and 4 and goal shot.

The 2 attacker must progress up the court and get past both defenders, one at a time before having a shot on goal. Players can use a mixture of passes, feints and fakes to progress up the court.

Player A takes the balls and shoots at the goal. Defender 1 tries to make it as hard as possible for player A to shoot at the goal.

Pass A to C, C to A and goalshot or duel 1:1 with defender 1. Defender tries to block the goalshots or defend in a 1:1 duel. Pass B to C, C to B and goalshotr duel 1:1 with defender 1. Defender tries to block the goalshots or defend in a 1:1 duel. After the goalshot grab a ball from the corner, dribble to your starting position again.

Pass A - B (goalsshot or pass to C or E) C can make a goalshot or pass to E or D. D can make a goalshot or pass to E. Defenders 1 tries to defend the goalshot.

Player A takes the balls and shoots at the goal or passes to pivot B. Defender 1 tries to make it as hard as possible for players A and B to shoot at the goal.

A1 passes to feeder B and receives ball back and throws at the goal. A1 runs back to get a second ball, passes with feeder B and throws at the goal after running behind feeder B to the center back position. A1 runs back to get a third ball and now throws from the right back position. Then the same with A2 on the right. Change positions after 3 repetitions.

A1 passes to feeder B and receives ball back and throws at the goal. A1 runs back to get a third ball and now throws from the right back position. But if defender 1 comes forward, A2 must pass to pivot C who throws at the goal. Then the same with A2 on the right. Change positions after 3 repetitions.

A can throw from a distance, get past defender or pass to pivot D. A passes to B and receives ball back and throws at the goal. A runs to the balls in the centre, takes one and dribbles towards 9 mtr line and throws at the goal. A runs to left back position takes a ball and passes to C, receives back the ball and throws at the goal. A changes position with C who start the same series from the left. Defender 1 blocks the shots from 7 metres or he may come forward.

A passes to B who passes to C. After passing to C, B runs to the left backcourt position!!! C passes to B who either throws at the goal or passes to wing-player D. Then the same from the right. Change positions after every shot.

Two teams with an equal amount of balls stand inside their own area. On the coach's call the teams start throwing the balls at the other team (below waist height - players are not trying to hurt one another). When the trainer whistles again the balls are counted. The team that has least balls in their area wins a point.

Mini game of bench ball (played in a smaller area than 1 third of the court), with 1 ball in a 3v3. Players score a point for their side every time they hit the opposition's bench. Players must pass the ball around inside their own half in order to create space for the shot at their opponent's bench.

The castle (a gymnastics mat or bench) is defended by a goal keeper and his knights (the white team). The blue attackers try to bomb the castle by throwing the ball at the bench / mat.

Pass from A to B and back to A again who shoots at the goal. Pass from D to E and back to D again who shoots at the goal. Pass from B to C and back to B again who shoots at the goal. Pass from E to C and back to E again who shoots at the goal.

Pass from feeder A to B, who comes forward to bind defender 2. Then pass from B to C who binds defender 1 and passes to pivot D who sprints to the green cone, turns around. 1. C shoots at the goal. 2. D receives pass from C and shoots at the goal. 3. D receives pass from C and passes quickly to wing player E, who shoots at the goal.

Pass from A to B and back to A again who shoots at the goal. Pass from D to E and back to D again who shoots at the goal. Pass from B to C and back to B again who shoots at the goal. Pass from E to C and back to E again who shoots at the goal. Defenders 1 and 2 try to prevent goalshots.

Pass from A to B and back to A again who shoots at the goal. Pass from D to E and back to D again who shoots at the goal. Pass from B to C and back to B again who shoots at the goal. Pass from E to C and back to E again who shoots at the goal. Pivot F and G help everywhere by blocking running ways for defenders 1 and 2. and may score goals as well. Defenders 1 and 2 try to prevent goalshots.
