DESCRIPTION

  • From front lunge place hands in a straight line as far in front as possible. Keep elbows extended.
  • Bring hips over hands keeping legs extended and together.
  • Push with fingers and wrists to gain flight.
  • Land on two feet facing reverse direction.
  • Body weight and momentum continues to move past the point of landing.
  • Exit with one reverse step.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Ensure good control with movement in a straight line.
  • Hips to pass over hands.
  • Gain flight in and out.
  • Ensure that momentum continues backwards in preparation of next agility.
