DESCRIPTION

  • Commence with weight on left knee and extended right leg.
  • Elbows high with hands in front of face.
  • Move to left transfering weight from knee to left forearm
    to right forearm to right knee.
  • Exit to reverse of start position.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Legs should be extended as they pass over the head.
  • Weight is taken equally on forearms.
  • Wheel shuld be along a straight line.
