Gymnastics Drill Demonstration

Coaching points

Upright body posture.

Shoulders down, arms straight.

Stretch into all circles.

Slow, controlled breathing.

Slow, controlled arm movement.

Hold each balance for 3 seconds with supporting leg on flat foot.

Lift onto ball of foot for each 1⁄4 twist.

Control return to upright standing before repeating exercise on other leg.
