DESCRIPTION

  • Lie back against the wall bars with feet flat on the floor a sitting distance from the wall.
  • Grasp bars by the ears with a reverse underhand grip.
  • Extend arms to gain bridge shape and forward step to exit.

  • Flexibility is mostly natural. Some pupils will bridge easily others will not. Many will find it difficult
